Return Policies

Bandanas:

I do accept returns on new bandanas within 30 Days of purchase. Bandanas must not have been worn or used and do not have vinyl on them.  This means the bandana is still in brand new condition. You will need to ship the bandana back to Bexar Pack Supply Co., 101 Main St., PO Box #4, Weston, TX 75097. Upon the bandana's arrival, I will inspect the bandana's condition, then issue a refund.  I do not accept exchanges or cancellations on any bandana purchases. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations any bandanas made with Vinyl Names, Vinyl Graphics, and Custom Vinyl Work. But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  I will gladly make any wrongs right if the error is my fault and as long as the product has not been used. 

Glass Cups:

I do accept returns on glass cups within 30 days of purchase. This means the glass cup is still in brand new condition. You will need to ship the cup back to Bexar Pack Supply Co., 101 Main St., PO Box #4, Weston, TX 75097.  Upon the cup's arrival, I will inspect the cup's condition, then issue a refund.  I do not accept exchanges, or cancellations with glass cups.  But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  As long as the product has not been used, I will gladly make any wrongs right, if the error is my fault. 

Packs:

I do accept returns on packs within 30 days of purchase. This means the pack is still in brand new condition. You will need to ship the pack back to Bexar Pack Supply Co., 101 Main St., PO Box #4, Weston, TX 75097.  Upon the pack's arrival, I will inspect the pack's condition, then issue a refund.  I do not accept exchanges, or cancellations with packs at this time.  But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  As long as the product has not been used, I will gladly make any wrongs right, if the error is my fault. 

Accessories & Everything Else:

Accessories include any of our swag items like buttons, pins, stickers, poop bag holders, and more. I do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. This means the items are still in brand new condition. You will need to ship the items to Bexar Pack Supply Co., 101 Main St., PO Box #4, Weston, TX 75097.  Upon the item's arrival, I will inspect their condition, then issue a refund.  I do not accept exchanges, or cancellations at this time.  But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  As long as the product has not been used, I will gladly make any wrongs right, if the error is my fault. 

Product Care Instructions

Bandanas:

All of our Bexar Bandana fabric is made from 100% cotton material. Adventure Sport bandanas are an acrylic material.  Wash on a Hand Wash or Delicate setting using COLD water. Dry on Low to Medium heat.

Vinyl on Bandanas: 

Vinyl can be washed in the washing machine following the instructions above. Make sure you do not use bleach or fabric softener. It is recommended to use a mild detergent. Dry on low heat. Remember that vinyl is heat activated and drying with high heat or ironing directly on the vinyl will ruin your vinyl add-on. I repeat, when ironing your bandana, DO NOT put the hot iron directly on the vinyl or it will ruin.

Glass Cups: 

Our glasses are made with High quality Vinyl. This glass cup is perfect for iced coffees, iced teas, sodas or any cool beverage! I do not recommend hot drinks because the glass is thin and the cup does not have a handle.

Keep in mind when caring for your cup: 

Hand wash only!

Do not scrub the design or soak your cup!

Not Microwave Safe!

Not Dishwasher Safe!

Please remember that these cups are handmade and need to be treated with care!

 

Shipping

Turn-Around Time:

Once we receive your order, we will begin making your order, which usually takes 3-5 business days. We do not work on weekends and holidays, so please account for those when placing your order.

USPS is our preferred method of shipping.  Tracking information is sent to the email you provide at check out.  

Shipping Insurance:

At check out you have the option to purchase shipping insurance.  If you fail to purchase shipping insurance, Bexar Pack Supply Co. is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you purchased insurance and you need to make a claim, please email Kim at info@bexarpack.com and provide any helpful information including pictures.  In most cases, you will need to be able to provide a police report with your claim. 

International Orders:

Bexar Pack Supply Co. is not buying insurance for you.  You have the option to buy insurance at check out, and I highly recommend it.  Bexar Pack Supply Co. is not paying any additional taxes or VAT to get your order to you, so please account for that with your purchase.
